My path from a love for sports to a career in personal training was anything but conventional. Yet, it led me to a profound realization: fitness isn't just about physical exertion; it's about empowering others to thrive...

Our Facility

Outlast was built new in 2024. It is a 2,400 square foot building, designed with exercise in mind. The facility boasts elevated ceilings, commercial rubber flooring, climate control, LED lighting, and restrooms. The floor plan is open and easy to navigate with designated strength, cardio, and functional zones. Outlast is one of its kind located in Pikeville, Tn.

Training Style

Outlast workouts are built around functional movements. Workouts are designed with a systematic approach to build on over time and encourage members to train outside of their comfort zone. All workouts can be modified to meet individual needs and will be conducted in a safe environment.

 

Outlast members can expect to see any and all of the following training styles; EMOM's, AMRAPS, Circuits, HIIT, Chipper's, TABATA's, Interval's and WOD's. A typical Outlast workout will include a warm up, strength, skill, or compound movement period, cardio and endurance period, core finisher, and a cool down.

 

Outlast workouts will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and leave you wanting to come back for more.
